Remote Management Virtual Workshop

This interactive virtual workshop identifies the major components of establishing and managing remote workers during a crisis: policy, goals and expectations, data protection, communication, and caring.
The session will provide information to support organizations in quickly setting up a remote workforce and leading them in order to protect both the workforce and the company. It includes a comprehensive checklist for creating remote work policy and instilling productive behaviors.
Bring your questions and ideas to share with our facilitator and with other attendees that have implemented remote work.

Stress Management Virtual Workshop
Thursday, April 2, 2020, 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
This virtual workshop will focus on how to manage stress during a time of crisis and how stressors can impact our lives and health. Stress symptoms and levels may increase with certain life events; however, there are effective ways to recognize our own stress patterns and exercise techniques to prevent the effects of chronic stress.
The workshop will be interactive and will provide opportunities for participants to share their concerns and ideas.

Video Interviewing for Hiring Managers
Friday, April 3, 2020, 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.
This interactive virtual workshop will provide guidelines and tips to use video during the interview process. The session will focus on technology, appearance and use of video, preparation, and candidate critique. As time permits, individual participants will have the opportunity to use their webcam to do a brief mock interview. Please join individually – not as a group- and have your webcam and microphone ready.
