The Executive Edge: Visionary Leadership

The success of a company is often attributed to its leader’s vivid vision while inspiring others to action for a common purpose. Focusing on the long term may seem impossible in our ever-changing world. Although you may not have a crystal ball, there are ways to gain greater clarity about the future and shape a vision in sync with it. According to McKinsey & Company, one systematic approach involves dedicating between 10%-20% of your time every week envisioning your organization’s future.
