Linda is an accomplished performance improvement coach, learning facilitator and instructional designer. She has designed and delivered coaching training to a variety of industries and is certified on the CMI coaching assessment and the DiSC™ assessment. She was chosen by the U.S. Air Force Personnel Centers, the U.S. Forest Service and the City of San Antonio to train their training staff. Previously she ran a $16M business for AT&T and held positions of Staff Human Resources Manager and National Training Manager.
