Greene and Associates, Inc. welcomes Terence Bostic, Ph. D. for an engaging conversation centered around using executive assessments and executive assimilation to ensure the best hires for your top executives including C-Suite leaders. Terence is a licensed psychologist and an industrial and organizational psychology consultant. He leads a team of psychologists who works with companies. He has in-depth background in leveraging pre-hiring assessments. Together with Barbara A. F. Greene, they will discuss the importance of selecting the right executives as well as assimilating executives to their new role and organizational culture. Barbara and Terence’s firms are equity partners in Career Partners International in which they serve clients globally.

Terence Bostic, PhD

Terence’s primary goal is applying everything he knows about industrial psychology to make the workplace a better and more productive environment. He does this by digging deep into the problems at hand while helping executives develop engaged and more effective talent pools.

Early in his career, Terence worked as an internal consultant in an academic medical setting. Trained in both clinical and industrial/organizational psychology, he holds a Bachelor of Science from The College of William and Mary, a Master of Science from Bucknell University, and a doctorate from Saint Louis University.

He is a licensed psychologist in Missouri and is repeatedly published as the principal author in international, peer-reviewed journals on issues of stress management, personal resiliency, and psychological wellbeing. He is also a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Society for Consulting Psychology.

Terence has been consulting with international educational institutions for over the past decade. Through this work, he has traveled to Moscow, Warsaw, Hong Kong, and Shanghai to serve international education clients. Terence presently serves on the advisory board for a STEM institute for underserved minorities at St. Louis University. He consults for the leadership team of several universities.
