Additionally, someone who is “conflict competent” sees conflict situations as an opportunity to respond effectively.

During, this one-hour presentation, participants will be able to:

• Identify their beliefs about conflict interactions and how this informs their behaviors

• Describe the 4 key elements to build individual conflict competence
